According to the Telegraph, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Antonio Conte as a candidate for the managerial position. Sources have previously told ESPN that Harry Kane’s future at the club is a major topic of conversation. He previously won Serie A three times as Juventus coach and led Italy to the quarter-finals of Euro 2016. – According to Le 10 Sport, Mauricio Pochettino could yet leave Paris Saint-Germain, now that his old club Tottenham have shown interest. The Argentine manager has been the focus of speculation and would love to return to North London, but the French publication believes no deal is on the table as the manager’s entourage are still in contact with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy. – Chelsea’s Tiémoué Bakayoko could be extending his stay in Italy. Fabrizio Romano says Fiorentina are interested in him. The defensive midfielder was loaned out to Napoli last season, where he played 32 times in Serie A, but the 26-year-old does not appear to be in Thomas Tuchel’s plans for Chelsea. – Aston Villa are in the running to sign Chris Wood (Burnley). The striker is now on the radar of two other Premier League clubs. According to Football Insider, Everton and West Ham United are willing to get involved in the race for the 29-year-old striker, who scored 12 goals last season as Sean Dyche’s teammate, although Burnley are demanding a £30m transfer fee if a deal is struck. – Arsenal are monitoring the situation of Internacionale’s Yuri Alberto. According to Brazilian publication Globo Esporte, the Gunners have been interested in the 20-year-old striker since his career at Santos. The Brazilian is reportedly willing to pay €13 million to come to the North London team, but Arsenal could face competition from Barcelona, who are also reportedly interested. – Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti could be moving to a purge of his squad, with Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo considered surplus to requirements, reports 10 Sport. The La Liga club are in rebuilding mode after missing out on the league last season, and despite reports that Bale could return to the Bernabeu following his loan spell at Tottenham, it seems the Welsh striker will play no part in the Spanish capital. – FC Bayern Munich have confirmed that Erik Maxime Choupo-Moting has signed a two-year contract, cementing his status as Robert Lewandowski’s replacement. Choupo-Moting came over to Bayern for a free season in October after his contract at PSG expired. The Cameroonian striker has scored three goals in 22 Bundesliga appearances, but was applauded when he replaced Lewandowski when the Polish striker was injured in the Champions League match against PSG.According to Sky Sports, Tottenham have reportedly put a stop to their summer move for Juventus boss Antonio Conte.
