On Monday, Brooklyn police arrested a homeless man for breaking into a mansion of former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Giselle Bundchen. Police said they had arrested 34-year-old Zanini Sineus, who was found in the basement of a multi-million-dollar house lying on the bench in the middle of the room, TMZ Sports reported. Authorities said Sineia will be charged later Monday with several counts, including burglary, breaking and entering at night with intent to commit a crime, attempted theft and illegal entry. In a statement, police pointed out that several active arrest warrants had been issued by Wrantham County Court in connection with the incidents in Foxborough, Massachusetts, against Sineus late last year.

The police were also sentimental in their statements because they called Brady our patriot of eternal New England, as Greg Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal noted on Twitter.

In another important article, Monica Madeiya and Marc Fortier of NBC Boston reported that Cinéus was also arrested for stealing a $10,000 T-shirt signed by Brady at an exhibition at the New England Patriots’ Hall of Fame in Foxborough in 2019. According to the police, Sineus tried to hide his uniform with the glove under his shirt and tried to escape.

However, the police arrested him after he slipped when he tried to escape to the exit.

Brady’s mansion remains unsold

Brady and Giselle put the mansion on the market for $39.5 million at the end of 2019, months before the veteran quarterback decided to leave the Patriots after 20 seasons and sign a two-year, $50 million contract with the Tampa Bay Pirates.

As there were no interested parties, the couple decided to reduce the asking price to USD 33,9 million. A few weeks later they decided to rent a house at the market. Recently it was reported that Brady and Giselle had hired a new real estate agent to sell the house. The house has sentimental value for them, because in 2013 they bought a plot of 12,000 square metres and built the mansion from scratch.

It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a gym, and these are just a few examples.

Mike Florio doesn’t care

In his report for Pro Football Talk, Mike Florio tried to mock the situation by referring to the scene from the film Ted 2 with Mark Wahlberg, known as a Patriots fan. It is not known if the intruder accompanied a talking teddy bear with a yellow cape and hat, said Florio in his report, referring to another star in the film, Ted, the talking teddy bear. In a scene in this film, Wahlberg and Ted broke into Brady’s house and tried to get a sperm sample from the sleeping quarterback. But Brady wakes up and throws her out of the house, and the quarterback throws Teddy Bear in a perfect spiral to the Wahlbergs.

Below is an excerpt from the film.
