HGTV Rehab Addict star Nicole Curtis showed off her strength and flexibility in a video posted on Instagram.

The designer wrote: When it rains in #la, I get a little crazy. There may or may not be marks on the wall ☺️ btw- a year later, same lousy weather ♀️ I found something else to occupy my time.

Performing a handstand, even with the support of a wall, requires significant upper body strength, not to mention the fact that you have to put your shirt on while performing a handstand.

Curtis must be strong to take such a step, but the strength she shows in her message did not come overnight. The HGTV star is a proven runner.

Nicole Curtis’ passion for running helps her stay in shape

Curtis told Runners World that his journey into running began several years ago with the support of his friends.

The task was difficult at first, but she didn’t give up. A lot of people lose faith right away, Curtis said, but I kept going.

For Curtis, this activity was a break from the stress of travel and home renovations:

I kept track of my mileage and time, but after an obsession for a few years, I stopped. I don’t take time off from work, so running is my way of doing something good for myself. Whether I’m at home or traveling, I like to run around the neighborhood. The hardest part is not stopping and looking around. I see the window frame and say: I have to do it again! Old houses can be stressful. Running brings me back to my starting point, which is to immerse myself in these houses and their history.

Running isn’t just a part of Curtis’ fitness, it’s a way of life: Every runner should know that moment when they allow themselves to run until they can’t anymore. That’s how I live my life. For me, there is no finish line.
