Each week, the editors at Blasting News publish the most popular hoaxes and misleading information to help you tell the truth from the lies. According to Manolides, these photos were taken on different days and under different light and weather conditions, which explains the difference in colour of the canal water in the photos.

Claim: 30% of people vaccinated against COVID-19 die within three months.

Facts: A post on WhatsApp claims that 30% of people who receive the COVID-19 vaccine die within three months.

Right: In an interview with the Brazilian fact-checking agency Aos Fatos, Rodolfo Baselar, a pulmonologist and sleep doctor at HCFMUSP (Hospital das Clínicas, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo), explains: Unlike a viral infection that causes such a storm, vaccines do not cause this reaction.
