Today is Kate Middleton’s birthday, but because the country is in a state of emergency, she will not be able to see her extended family.

Usually the family gets together for a special occasion, but the current lockdown rules make this impossible.

So, how old is the Duchess of Cambridge and what are her birthday plans?

How old is Kate Middleton?

Kate was born on 9 January 1982 and is 39 years old.

She’s about six months older than her husband, Prince William, who died on the 21st. June 1982 was born.

Earlier in the day, Kate thanked the audience for her birthday wishes by sharing an online photo of her waving mask.

An article about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s social media says: Thank you for your good wishes on the occasion of the Duchess’s birthday.

The anniversaries have been very different in recent months and we keep thinking of all those who are working on the front line in these incredibly difficult times.

A message from The Queen appeared on the Twitter account of the Royal Family: We wish the Duchess of Cambridge a very happy birthday today!

The message was accompanied by an emoji cake and the Happy Birthday hashtag.

The story includes a general shot of Kate laughing, as well as another shot showing the Duchess talking to the Queen at the 2019 Chelsea Flower Show.

Prince Charles and Camilla also sent a message to Kate online and wrote to her: Happy birthday to the Duchess of Cambridge! with emoji confetti.

How is Kate Middleton going to celebrate her birthday in prison?

Catherine isn’t the type to make a fuss or throw big parties when she’s with William, and children are her favorite way to spend her birthday, said an insider at Vanity Fair.

It is believed that she has a quiet afternoon with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

Anmer Hall is the estate of Cambridge and they lived there during the coronavirus pandemic.

Last year she and William invited some of their best friends to a party at Anmer Hall.

Guests included Kate’s parents, Carol and Michael Middleton, and David and Rose, Marquis and Marquis of Cholmondeley.

Other visitors were good friends James Mead and his wife Laura, and Tom van Straubenzie and his fiancée – also George and Charlotte’s teacher – Lucy Lanigan O’Keefe.

To celebrate, Kate wore a blue fedora hat and a purple coat.
